Tenants

Agencies, employers and individual subscribers each run in an isolated workspace with their own candidate records.

Isolation rules

What the platform guarantees about candidate data held inside a tenant.

Records never cross tenants

A candidate interviewed by one agency is invisible to every other tenant, even when the same person is later interviewed elsewhere. There is no global candidate index.

The same person can exist twice

Two agencies interviewing the same candidate hold two independent records. Neither can see the other's evidence, and neither is told the other exists.

Clients see briefs, not records

An employer viewing a candidate through an agency campaign sees the role brief only. Stored records, transcripts and session activity stay with the agency.

Retention runs per tenant

Each tenant sets its own retention window. Records are deleted with their interview evidence when the window closes or the candidate requests deletion.

No cross-tenant model training

Interview content is never used to train or tune models, so nothing learned from one tenant's candidates can surface in another's.

Support access is time-limited

Platform staff can enter a tenant only with an approved, expiring session, and every action is written to that tenant's audit trail.

Individual subscribers are tenants too. Their practice interviews and reports are private to them and are never visible to an agency or employer, even when practising against that employer’s published job description.
